Frontis photo shows Grenfell and Perry (back from the N. Pole) on the deck of the 'Roosevelt'. This is a collection from six periodicals of 14 sketches by the 'Labrador Doctor.' He has fascinating stories to tell about the natives, the sailors, fishermen, the climate and his doctoring. Small tan stain affecting 10 pages, only in margin. Otherwise clean.
